Digital Products and Services

We provide digital educational content including curriculum materials, training videos, and related resources (“Content”).

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Content for personal or licensed program use only.

You do not receive ownership of the Content.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Content on this website, including but not limited to:

• Curriculum materials
• Training videos
• Text, graphics, downloads, and logos is the property of Mindful Foundations LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• Share login credentials
• Resell or sublicense the Content
• Upload Content to other websites or platforms

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through our Website operated by Mindful Foundations ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By completing a purchase on our Website, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

All Sales are Final

All purchases made through our Website are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for any product or service, expect as specifically outlined for certain consulting services in Consulting Services Section below.

This policy applies to all products and services we offer, included but not limited to: 

  • Curriculum Textbook (including the Trauma-Informed Curriculum)

  • Consulting Services (including Specialized Consulting and the Individualized Family Success Plan) 

  • Intellectual Property Licenses 

  • Promotional Kits 

  • Curriculum Kit Boxes (Foundational, Advanced, and Premium Packages -- Individual, Small Center, and Standard Center)

No Refunds on Any Product or Service Type

  1. Physical Products 

    1. All physical product -- including curriculum kit boxes, promtional kits, and textbooks -- are final sale once purchased. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for physical products regardless of their condition or the reason for the request. ​

  2. Digital Products and Intellectual Property Licenses 

    1. Digital products and intellectual property licenses are delivered upon completion of payment. Once accessed, downloaded, or activated, these terms are non-refundable under any circumstances. ​

  3. Consulting Services

    1. Consulting services are subject to the following refund and cancellation terms, which vary depending on how the service was purchased. ​

      1. Consulting Services Already Used​

        1. Any consulting services that have already been rendered or utilized are non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies to all completed or attended sessions, as well as any associated materials or deliverables provided as part of the engagement. ​

      2. Consulting Services Purchased as Part of a Curriculum Access Plan

        1. ​Consulting services that are included as part of a Curriculum Access Plan are non-refundable. These services are bundled with the plan and cannot be separated, returned, or refunded individually or as a whole, regardless of whether the sessions have been used.

      3. Single Consulting Services -- Cancellation or Partial Refund

        1. If you have purchased a single consulting service (not part of a package or Curriculum Access Plan) and wish to cancel prior to the session being rendered, a cancellation fee will apply. The cancellation fee is non-refundable and covers any administrative or scheduling costs incurred by Mindful Foundations. After the cancellation fee has been deducted, the remaining balance will be issued as a partial refund to your original payment method. The specific amount of the cancellation fee will be communicated to you upon request or at the time of cancellation. Please contact us in writing at [your email address] to initiate the cancellation process.​

      4. Specialized Consulting Services Package -- Cancellation and 50% Refund

        1. If you have purchased the Specialized Consulting Services package and wish to cancel prior to all sessions/services being rendered, a cancellation fee will apply. After the cancellation fee has been deducted, you are eligible to receive a refund of up to 50% of the original purchase price of the package. The cancellation fee is non-refundable and covers planning, preparation, and any scheduling costs incurred by Mindful Foundations. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of cancellation approval. Please contact us in writing at mercedes@mindfulfoundationsec.com to initiate the cancellation and refund process.​

Review Before Purchase

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, pricing, and details prior to completing a purchase. By proceeding to checkout and finalizing payment, you confirm that you have reviewed the product or service and agree to our all-sales-are-final policy.

If you have any questions about a product or service before purchasing, we welcome you to contact us. Our team is happy to provide information to help you make an informed decision.

Exceptions

While all sales are final, we recognize that certain rare and exceptional situations may warrant individual review. The following limited circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Mindful Foundations:

  • A product arrives damaged or defective due to a shipping or fulfillment error on our part.

  • A significant and verifiable error was made by Mindful Foundations in the order or fulfillment process.

In the event of one of the above circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a description of the issue and any supporting documentation (such as photos of a damaged item). We will review your case and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or, in rare cases, a refund.

Payment Disputes

If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider regarding a purchase made through our Website, Mindful Foundations reserves the right to take appropriate action, which may include suspension of your access to our products and services.

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating any dispute with a third-party payment provider, so that we may have the opportunity to assist you.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Share or transfer your account access
• Attempt to bypass security features
• Download or record videos without permission
• Use Content for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Engage in hacking, scraping, or misuse of the website

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

We do not guarantee specific results from use of the curriculum or training materials.

The Content is not intended as medical, legal, or professional advice.

Termination of Access

No refunds will be issued in cases of termination due to violation of these Terms.
